How Can nausea And Dizziness Along With Diarrhea Be Treated?

symptoms - sudden onset of nausea and diarrhea on Thursday - diarrhea stopped but nausea continued without vomiting but low grade fever and pain/discomfort between breast area and dizziness. Unable to eat or drink. Went to urgent care who eliminated heart problems, did blood workup and urine specimen. Blood showed a little elevation in creatine and a few white blood cells in urine. Was give nausea meds and antacid help. Anything else we should be looking for?
